You can make changes and/or returns on our website. The return period in our online store is 8 days from receipt of the order.

 

Return & exchanges Instructions:

To return any of our Products, please follow these simple steps:

1. Contact our Customer Care Department at Orders@goodbyerita.com standing the order number, the reason for the Return. Our Customer Care Department will inform you as to whether the return of the Product can proceed.

2. If the return is applicable, our Customer care Department, tell you how do it. 

3. Pack the Product in the original packaging including the documentation, accessories and manuals received with the Product. Make sure the package is secure and that the contents do not risk being damaged during shipping.
