After your purchase you will receive a confirmation email.If you don´t receive the email, check your spam folder and if you have not received it You can contact us at orders@goodbyerita.com and we will resolve all questions related to your order.
You have two shipping options available:
Standard Economy1: Estimated Delivery 3-7 Business Days
Express: Estimated 2 Business Days $ 10
Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive a notification from the corresponding courier company providing you with information about the delivery.

You can make changes and/or returns on our website. The return period in our online store is
8 days from receipt of the order.
To return any of our Products, please follow these simple steps:
1. Contact our Customer Care Department at
Orders@goodbyerita.com stating the order number, the reason for the Return. Our
Customer Care Department will inform you as to whether the return of the
Product can proceed.
2. If the return is applicable, our Customer Care Department,
tell you how do it.
3. Pack the Product in the original packaging including any
documentation, accessories and manuals received with the Product. Make sure the
package is secure and that the contents do not risk being damaged during
shipping.
Goodbye, Rita provides
you a limited warranty of the Product that you purchase through the Service
against manufacturing defects. Specifically, HAWKERS warrants that the
purchased Product is free from manufacturing defects (in material or
workmanship) for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not
cover: scratches on lenses; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock,
improper use or storage of the Product; unauthorized modifications or repairs;
normal wear and tear as well as any issue connected to vision correction.
